We will evaluate your company and add you to our wholesale pricing. You will see this when logged in and add items to the shopping cart. Retail prices will stay displayed on the screen. You can also call us and we will take your order over the phone.
To get authorized in our wholesale program you must be a reseller, or manufacture for resell our products either bulk, or finished. This can include beauty salons, chiropractors, massage salons, and online stores like etsy, or farmers markets. Also, we do not allow online resale of our products.
Authorized wholesale accounts will receive wholesale pricing per our online website https://cwapothecary.com, plus shipping. All of the products on our website are available for sale, both wholesale and retail.
A minimum order of $250 is required on all orders. Opening orders must include a copy of your Reseller's Permit, and your ST-101 if you are a Idaho Sales Tax Exempt business. Orders must be prepaid using credit card prior to shipment. We will contact you with your order total, and email you a invoice with total including shipping, and a tracking number once your order is assembled and packed for shipment.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment. Shipments typically go out within the week, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the order to be processed, especially during the busy seasons. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total once the order is pulled and is prepared for shipment. We ship wholesale orders only via Fedex and have good negotiated rates with them. For larger orders we can ship on many of the common carriers for better rates on heavier palletised orders.
If the order is cancelled prior to it being pulled and packed, there will be no cancellation fee. If the order has been packed and you decide to cancel there is a cancellation and restock fee in the amount of 10% of the order total.
DISPLAY OF OUR PRODUCTS
All of our products come with a label attached. You are allowed to display these without the label only if Clearwater Apothecary is manufacturing these for you and private labeling for you. This will only be established on a company by company basis. All other products come in labeled packages. Under no circumstances can these products be sold without their original packaging.
