CW Apothecary is a wholesale supplier of 100% ground rolled oat flour. Our Oat Flour is oat grain with the outer husk removed and then steamed and rolled to form a flat flake. We then grind the oat to a fine flour to be used in the bath, body, and cosmetic industry. Used widely is soaps, deodorant, bath bombs, lip balm, shampoo bars, and body butters.
