These cheesecakes are purchased at Costco, freeze dried, and packed and shipped from our facility in Orofino, Idaho. Freeze Drying removes the moisture causing the product to retain 98% of their original nutrients, a great crunchy texture and is shelf stable for up to 25 years in perfect conditions.
